A number of flautulence or stomach gas ayurvedic remedies exist. Flatulence is the dilation of the stomach and intestine due to air. In Ayurveda this illness is called adhmana. The patient should avoid all fried food and legumes, including beans. Yoghurt and milk syrup lessen the symptoms of stomach gas. The patient should not perform heavy physical activity after meals. The patient must avoid preoccupations and anxieties especially during meals.
